Brian McElderry is the founder and CEO of the UK’s Union for Chefs. Unichef is a Community Interest Union founded on the simple fairness and equality that is normal in many professions. It is and will remain 100% non-political and is entirely ran and managed by chefs. It has a zero tolerance to abuse in kitchens as its prime principal and is ethically in line with like-minded organisations. Our aim is educational and to give support to Chefs and Employers alike.
