Site security: Site360 offers a robust Geo-location site check-in technology coupled with a Geo-fence exit technology. Our secure (no QR code) platform allows contractors & visitors to securely to check-in to a site and exit via the Geo-fence which provides an auto checkout function which ensures the security of each site.

Site360 a true multi-site platform
Condition of site entry: Every business has a set of conditions to keep everyone on the site safe. All contractors and visitors need to follow while on the site. This allows all visitors to understand clearly these requirements prior to entering the site. The contractor or visitor needs to acknowledge these conditions prior to entry.
Alerts: Site360 enables safety alert messages to be delivered to every contractor & visitor upon arrival at a site. These safety alert messages with images identify areas of risk for the contractor or visitor. These include notification of exclusion zones, notifications of areas within the facility that have experienced damage and that are unsafe to enter, warnings about the safe use of specific equipment before use.
High risk workers: when a contractor enters a site and commences to complete the work authority form and is identified as a high risk worker a message is sent to the site management team advising them that the individual has arrived and advises the task they are conducting today. This also triggers the safety work permits for each high task within that sites list. These safety permits must completed and lodged prior to work commencing and need to be reviewed by site management before work is approved to commence.
Safety Induction and Certification: Site360 offers robust features for managing safety training programs and certifications. Administrators can create customised training modules, track employee progress, and schedule recurring certifications within the platform which will automate the renewal process. As every role is different each module can be scheduled to re-occur at any interval requested.

Contractors & visitors can quickly report accidents, near misses and hazards or safety concerns using intuitive mobile interfaces. Site Safety – evacuation: The Site360 offer includes a emergency evacuation module which allows site management or head office to evacuate the site. Once triggered the platform sends an in app message to every visitor checked into the site we then track the delivery of the message and deliver the evacuation map and ask them to follow the directions to the safety point. Once there the visitor confirms their arrival and this is shown through the administration portal.
Language packs: we know that not everyones first language is not English . So we provide our platform in 15 languages to ensure that the safety communication is optimised. Every contractor can manage their own language selection through their profile.
